My training in Marriage and Family Therapy allows me to help you untangle all the relationships in your life, including the relationship with yourself, to move towards more functionality, joy, and health. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services in couples therapy, parenting support, child therapy, and women's issues. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
As an Integrative Marriage and Family Counselor, my tool-belt is full of many different approaches and skills to include: Solutions-Focused, Attachment-Based, Coaching, Cognitive-Behavioral, Emotionally-Focused, Family Systems, Gottman, Humanistic, Interpersonal, Trauma-Informed, Parent-Child Interaction, Play Therapy, Sandtray, Art, Parent Education, and Mindfulness.
One-size does not fit all in my practice. I pride myself on getting to know you and your needs, goals, and desires. I keep my practice small so you are never just a number. It is my belief that we are all doing the best we can with the skills and tools we currently have. I am committed to meeting you where you are and working with you to develop and obtain your goals. I strive to build our relationship, first and foremost, in order to foster trust, comfort, and safety.
