About Tapestry Counseling, LLC
Established in 2013, Tapestry Counseling. LLC has evolved from a very small part-time practice, working primarily with low-income and pro-bono clients, to a full-time and specialized practice focusing on couples, children & parents, and women & girls. Amberly Gallagher, MS, LMFT is the sole proprietor/owner working as a private practitioner. She also served  the Mental Health needs of Headstart children and families in El Paso County as a Behavioral Health Consultant for 11 years, and has  worked with community preschools in improving social-emotional programming/preventing challenging behavior.

Tapestry Counseling is proud to offer two convenient locations in Colorado Springs, CO as well as Telehealth availability throughout the state of Colorado. with various hours to meet your needs!

About Amberly
I am happily co-parenting with three children  ( two now-adults), aged 12, 20, 25 plus a 10yr old pup! I moved to Colorado Springs in 2004 from Albuquerque, NM where I  attended the University of New Mexico. I am well-versed in military Life, as my co-parent served 8 years active duty Army (Fort Carson was his last duty station) and was a Reservist. I enjoy all things family and try to spend as much of my precious free time with them as I can, while still trying to make time for myself and self-care! We are an active bunch with lots of interests and activities. I have a deep love for helping others. In my spare time (haha!), I enjoy exercising, mindfulness, hiking, fishing, camping, writing, reading, movies, music, and hanging out, doing whatever the mood strikes, with my crazy little family.
